Hi, I’m Jane, owner of Dipa Yoga Therapy, and I offer yoga classes both in the Hatha and Yin styles, 1-2-1 yoga therapy and holistic workshops. Yoga has been a big part of most of my life and it is my mission to share this incredible ancient practice that promotes health and wellbeing on all levels, touching every part of us as human beings be it physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Unlocking the transformative healing power of yoga helps us to reconnect to self, to others and to our earth and in doing so, finding our ‘Sabhava,’ (our intrinsic nature or true essence.) Subsequently helping us live our lives with more compassion, connection, love, wisdom and freedom.


What I Offer
Yoga Classes
My style of teaching is an eclectic mix of both hatha and yin styles that focus on breath awareness, whilst creating both space and strength within the body, heart and mind. Often the hatha classes will work with a theme that incorporates an aspect of yoga philosophy, whilst the practice of yin also invites reflection on the Buddha Dharma as well as a deeper aspect of meditation and self-inquiry.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy provides a space to meet you where you are, to help support a particular health issue whether it is physical, mental or emotional. It incorporates ancient yogic wisdom with modern day science to provide the therapeutic tools to promote health and wellbeing. Working together 1-2-1 or in small, specialised groups, yoga therapy can be tailored to meet an individual’s needs.
